On behalf of the Central Committee of the League of Communist Youth of Yugoslavia (SKOJ) we warmly welcome you, the delegates of the 2nd Congress of the League of Young Communists (LYC).
Imperialism, the High Stage of Capitalism. Capitalism is in deep crisis. This situation opens new perspectives for the communist and workers’ parties. The revolutionary alternative of changing capitalism is getting more and more actual. We are convinced that the communist parties should demonstrate the revolutionary option to entire popular strata.
The SKOJ highly values the relations of friendship and solidarity between our organizations. We are confident that your decisions will contribute to strengthening the youth ranks and raising the youth prestige in the society.
