Dear friends of the League of Young Communists of the USA (LYCUSA)!
The Communist Party of Albania addresses you with this congratulatory message for your second Congress, which will be held on July 27, 2022. The development of a Congress is an important event for communist youth and for the entire Communist Movement in the USA, because it is the balance of work and achievements, but also define the tasks for the future of our common struggle against the wild and exploitative capitalist system.
The existence of a communist youth organization in the USA, where the center of world capitalism is located, described as the international gendarmerie, is a great success for the communist movement in this continent. This is due to the fact that youth is the nursery that supplies new blood to the Communist Party and the entire communist movement in your country and beyond. Young people are the most vital force in any revolutionary movement, so its organization, education and training with the teachings of Marxism-Leninism, strongly influences the organization and direction of the struggle of the working class for socialism and communism.
The leader of the Albanian people and the Labor Party of Albania, the great Marxist-Leninist, Enver Hoxha, as early as the eighties of the last century, had determined that:
“The world is at a stage when the issue of revolution and national liberation is not only an aspiration and a perspective, but a problem laid out for solution”!
This determination is still valid today, especially in the situations we are going through, when the crisis and inter-imperialist contradictions have deepened excessively, which risks a new world war, the costs of which are paid by the peoples. As the contradictions between the oppressing capitalist system and the working class of the peoples fighting for freedom, equality and prosperity, objectives which can only be realized through the revolutionary path, have deepened.
The Communist Party of Albania delegates its sincere support in your work and struggle, at the same time assuring you that it will be together with you and the communists of your country, in the same trench, that of the class struggle for the overthrow of capitalism and the inevitable victory of Socialism and Communism.
