Greetings to the Second Congress of the League of Young Communists USA from the Revolutionary Youth Association (RYA) of India
At the outset we would like to extend warm revolutionary greetings and congratulations for successfully holding the 2nd Congress of your organisation. Your Congress is happening at a time when there is a rise of authoritarian and fascist regimes across the globe. Decades of neo-liberalism has devastated the lives and livelihoods of millions. At such a juncture it is important that there is renewed solidarity among those who are committed to a just future for the entire globe.
